How do you approach a new project?
My approach begins with deep discovery to map business objectives, technical constraints, and domain-specific regulatory requirements such as Medicare/Medicaid or public-sector standards. I then analyze frontline user behavior through qualitative testing and analytics, construct intuitive user flows backed by tokenized UI components, and remain embedded through UAT defect triage to ensure production launches reflect the initial design vision.
What is your project timeline?
Timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the initiative, ranging from 2 to 4 weeks for targeted UX audits, design system setup, or rapid prototype validations. Full product lifecycles—spanning complete design architecture, research, component library creation, and developer handoffs—typically run 2 to 4 months, while multi-initiative strategic governance is structured via ongoing embedded retainers.
What platforms do you work with?
I utilize industry-standard design tools including Figma for component tokenization and auto-layout, Tokens Studio, and Storybook for design system handoffs. For user research, analytics, and project governance, I integrate tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, Linear, and Azure DevOps to keep design aligned directly with engineering workflows.
